Yes, signing a contract is essential for your protection as well as ours. To ensure clarity and transparency, Paradise Interiors provides different contracts for the various services we offer.

• Design Contract: This outlines our pricing structure, invoicing, and the details of our design services, helping you understand the scope of our design work.
• General Contractor Contract: This covers the timeline, scope of work, insurance details, and invoicing for any physical work we perform on your project.

At Paradise Interiors, we aim to make our billing process simple and transparent. Here's what you can expect:

Preliminary Design & Estimates

Our design hours are tracked and billed separately. Once we’ve finalized selections with you, we’ll provide separate estimates for different aspects of your project. This includes:

Materials Estimate: Covers items like tile, flooring, and other materials we order from trusted manufacturers and distributors. Once approved, this estimate becomes a 100% invoice. After payment is received, we will order and track your materials, and deliver them to your job site if we’re handling installation. Delivery to your site can be arranged for an additional fee if you’re not using our installation services. Extended storage fees may apply if materials need to be stored at our facility.

Labor Estimate: Includes the labor costs to complete your project, including any subcontractors required. If Paradise Interiors is acting as the general contractor, this will be reflected in your estimate. Note that these are estimates based on our extensive experience. You’ll be billed for the actual hours worked, tracked via mobile GPS timecards for accuracy and transparency. A 50% deposit is due before labor begins.The Final Bill will be the actual hours worked and could actually be less than you expected! The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

Glass Estimate: Glass is estimated separately as it is the final step of the process. This estimate includes materials, labor, and freight. Upon client approval, it becomes a 50% invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll order your custom glass, which typically takes 3-5 weeks to be manufactured and delivered to our location. Once delivered, we’ll install your glass and mirrors promptly. The final payment is due upon installation.

Payment Process

All estimates require client approval before we proceed with ordering materials or starting labor. Once the estimates are approved, we convert them to an invoice, typically requesting a 50% deposit before work begins. The balance is due upon completion of the project. Adjustments may be made to the original estimate based on actual hours worked or materials used, and in some cases, the final amount may be less than originally estimated.

6. Regular Updates & Communication:
